Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar, 46, passed away on Saturday. He was admitted to the Vikram Hospital in Bengaluru on Friday morning after he suffered chest pain. He was born to the Sandalwood legendary actor Dr Rajkumar and Parvatamma, started an early career as a film artist during his childhood. After acting in around 12 films as a child artist, he adorned the lead role in the movie ‘Appu’ in 2002. The actor since is fondly called Appu by fans.
